For over 50 years, Dr. Steven Fong has developed a recognizable dental practice with a reputation for creating outstanding patient experiences and beautiful dentistry, ranging from simple to complex services. His dedication to the long-term oral health, comprehensive treatment, and delicate care of his guests distinguishes him from other.
Dr. Fong achieves this by carefully listening, satisfying the needs of his patients, and building life long relationships while providing a high level of dentistry year after year. Among his patient base, there are families that span three generations attesting to the claim by many of his patients as being “one of the family”.
Dr. Fong graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco at the young age of 22. He started his undergraduate training at Merritt College in Oakland and then at UC Berkeley. Dr. Fong first opened his practice in 1971 and he has been at his present practice location here in Fremont, CA since 1978.

Dr. Frank Liu
Dr. Frank Liu is a Bay Area native, completing his undergraduate studies at University of California, Berkeley. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. After finishing dental school, Dr. Liu completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Hospital and Community Regional Medical Center at Fresno where he received advanced training in pediatric, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Liu is committed to partnering with his patients to attain and maintain outstanding oral health. He believes oral health is directly related to overall health and happiness so his top priority is providing quality and compassionate care for patients of all ages. Dr. Liu is thorough in understanding each patient’s concerns in order to tailor a treatment plan to meet their unique goals.
Dr. Liu’s passion for dentistry has led him to serve as an adjunct faculty for dental students at Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine as well as an examiner for the Dental Board of California.
